Dusty Mile Outfitters - Campground rules &       regulations/bylaws

Check in/Check out times; Check in is at 3:00 pm and checkout is 1:00 pm, please contact the office if you wish to request a late checkout, unauthorized late checkout will result in a minimum $25.00 administration fee. Upon checkout; campsite property is to be left in the same state as you arrived. All trash must be placed in bins provided, Recycling must be taken home with you. All garbage must be bagged and tied, NO LOOSE garbage. All fires must be extinguished. DMO reserves the right to charge a $50.00 clean up fee if the site is not cleaned up. Campers may ONLY use the site designated electrical outlets at the pedestal in their rental site. Outlets in other rental sites ARE NOT available for public use. When parking do not hit the Electrical Pedestals provided when backing in or putting out your slides.

Cabin Rentals: Bring and take home your own bedding and towels. NO SMOKING or VAPING in ANY rental $200.00 fine will be applied to your bill. Rentals should be left in a neat and clean appearance upon departure. $100.00 fee will be applied to your bill if items are not washed and put away upon departure. Do NOT leave windows open with AC on. No pets allowed in rental units. $50.00 clean up fee will be charged to you if you do not clean up in and around your rental; you mess it up - you clean it up!

Wifi: Is available upon request at the office when you arrive, please ask for rates and a code will be given to you that will can be applied to 4 devices, for daily or weekend rates!

Courtesy: Quiet time is 11:00 pm until 8:00 am daily, all outside noise/music must be shut off during this period. NO FIREWORKS of any kind allowed. NO SMOKING or VAPING in any of DMO buildings including the Cabana. Littering is strictly prohibited: do not throw beer caps, sunflower seeds, or garbage of any kind on the ground or fire pits - clean up fee will apply. Vandalism of campground property will not be tolerated - this includes picnic tables.

Fire (DO NOT Move fire pits); All fires must be controlled and constructed only in the fire pits provided. Do not throw/burn garbage in the pits. Fires are not to be left unattended, there are certain times of the year that fires are not permitted due to excessive dry weather (fire bans), please respect the rule.

Pets; You are required to clean up after your pet - properly bag, tie and place in bin provided - do NOT place in regular garbage bin. Pets must be supervised, properly restrained or leashed at all times and are not allowed in the Cabin or Cabana flower areas.

Garbage; Must be picked up in and around your site, if you mess it up - clean it up. Must be bagged and tied and put in garbage bin provided. NO LOOSE GARBAGE allowed. Recycling must be taken home.

Safety; Children shall not be left UNATTENDED or allowed to wander through sites registered to other guests. Speed limit of 10km/hr will be enforced - failure to comply will result in loss of site. NO mini bikes, quads, dirt bikes, or other such vehicles are permitted unless approved by management.

Security; Smile you are on CAMERA! You must be of 18 years of age to register for a site or cabin rental. Visitors to the site are the responsibility of the registered guest. Unoccupied sites and roadways are not to be used as parking - additional parking is available on the west side of the campground office. Sites will be patrolled throughout your stay to enforce proper rules.

Behavior; Belligerent or threatening act towards guests, staff or management will not be tolerated and you will be evicted without refund. Breaking of rules and regulations, drunken disruptive and disorderly behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in an eviction without refund.

You are responsible for the observance of the campground rules, regulations, bylaws personally or by your immediate family members, guests, visitors, or other person(s) attending a the site/cabin rental unit registered to you or in the campground. Failure to comply with the campground rules, regulations, bylaws may result in an eviction!

We reserve the right to refuse service!

Owners/managers are not responsible for any loss due to fire, accident, theft, act of nature or any act beyond their control. NO REFUNDS
